At CAPRIOXY TRADING SERVICES PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled Traffic Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services through our logistics network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and organize daily import and export jobs based on email and internal system notifications.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Liaise with customers to resolve any issues related to job execution.
  • Monitor deliveries and collections closely to ensure timely completion.
  • Report traffic accidents to the Operations Manager.
  • Escalate and report any cargo discrepancies or damage to the Operations Manager or Duty Manager.
  • Handle email communications related to job assignments.
  • Prepare and submit incident reports and CAPA findings to the Operations Manager.
  • Assist the Operations Manager in investigating incidents and accidents.
  • Initiate requests for time extensions for import deliveries or export collections as needed.
  • Report safety violations or disciplinary issues by drivers to the Operations Manager.
  • Adhere to and promote safety requirements at all times.
  • Plan and utilize appropriate vehicles and equipment effectively.
  • Verify that company assets and equipment are in good condition.
  • Plan and schedule vehicle servicing and inspections.
  • Assist the Operations Manager in monitoring vehicle maintenance schedules and arranging maintenance as needed.
  • Report any delivery abnormalities or discrepancies to the Operations Manager or Duty Manager.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Operations Manager.

Requirements:

  • Class 3 driving license.
  • Minimum diploma.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar field.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to read and write English.
  • Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environment.
  • PC literate.
  • Willingness to work at Alps Ave (Changi area).
