High Net Worth Business Development Executive

You will be part of the Regional Agency/FA and Bancassurance team to actively develop new client acquisition to support our affluent and HNW business growth, specifically on regional wealth.
The Role:- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify, introduce and acquire high-value, high net worth clients to GE, leveraging professional networks and relationships to drive referrals and expand GE client base. Primary market focus to be China, India and ASEAN.
- Lead and collaborate with agency partners to provide and deliver a total wealth management experience to new-to-company clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and proactive management.
- Facilitate and support customers' purchase journey via licensed financial representatives within assigned agency team.
- Takes ownership and accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Ensure that transactions are compliant with governing laws and ethical standards, and comply to all applicable policies and procedures
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
- Minimum 5 years of proven track record in sales acquisition or business development experience in the high net worth space.
- Tertiary Education, preferably Bachelor's degree.
- Exceptional new relationship building skills
- Possess a sharp business development focus and demonstrative innovative approaches.
- Able to anticipate client requests/needs and resolves queries in a timely manner.
- Highly driven and positively motivated.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polished and mature to handle affluent market segment
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.

We offer a competitive salary range of SGD $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
