Senior Software Development Leader

The software engineering team is responsible for developing next-generation software applications and new products. They design and develop software for platforms, peripherals, applications, and diagnostics using advanced technologies and methodologies.
As a technical leader, you will drive the adoption and architecture of AI-assisted engineering practices across solution platforms. Your role involves defining patterns, frameworks, and best practices for leveraging AI tools to accelerate software development, improve quality, and enable innovation.
- Design and architect AI-assisted engineering frameworks and automation pipelines for solution platforms.
- Mentor and coach engineers on advanced AI-assisted development techniques.
- Make technical decisions for integrating AI-driven workflows into CI/CD pipelines and platform delivery processes.
- Collaborate with architects and product teams to ensure AI-enabled engineering aligns with the company's strategy and security standards.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption strategies to improve engineering efficiency and developer experience.
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field with 10+ years of experience in software engineering or platform development.
- Proven experience architecting and leading large-scale enterprise software projects with a strong focus on automation and quality.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native environments and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and integrating LLM-based services into engineering workflows.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence technical direction across multiple teams.
