Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Data Integration Expert

We are seeking a skilled Data Integration Specialist to support the development of a new manufacturing concept.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate data from various sources, including PLCs, DCS systems, and SCADA platforms. This requires expertise in configuring Kepware and setting up protocol transactions for data aggregation.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments and be proficient in Agile project methodologies.
They will also possess strong technical skills, including database management, scripting, and automation.
In addition, the candidate should have in-depth knowledge of networking principles and operating systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and configure Aspen Historian Suite, including Aspen IP.21 and Aspen SQL+
- Configure Kepware, including driver setup for protocol transaction and data aggregation
- Integrate with a wide range of automation and control systems, including DCS systems, SCADA platforms, and PLCs
- Technical Proficiencies: Database (MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle), Data and Industrial Protocols (ODBC, FTP, MQTT, OPC-UA, OPC-DA, Modbus), Scripting & Automation (PowerShell)
- Infrastructure Knowledge: In-depth understanding of networking principles and operating systems (Windows/Linux)
