We are seeking an experienced Underground Construction Lead to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of tunneling projects utilizing Tunnel Boring Machines (TBMs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical operations and experience managing large-scale tunneling projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Oversee all project phases, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure that safety, quality, and regulatory standards are maintained throughout the project.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in electrical operations, with a focus on tunneling and underground projects.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Tunnel Boring Machines (TBM).
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale tunneling projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control systems, and equipment used in TBMs.
