Job Brief:

We are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Risk Analyst to lead our cybersecurity risk management initiatives.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, knowledge of cybersecurity tools and software, and the ability to stay updated on the latest technology, news, cybersecurity trends and threats. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience in network management, cybersecurity, or a related field.

The Cybersecurity Risk Analyst will ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data by identifying and managing potential cybersecurity risks.


Key Accountabilities:

Risk Assessment:
Lead risk assessments to identify potential threats to the organisation's information systems.

Vulnerability Analysis:
Conduct vulnerability analysis and assessments to identify weaknesses in the network and system infrastructure.

Security Audits:
Conduct regular security audits to ensure policies, processes, procedures and controls are effective.

Incident Response:
Develop incident response plans to handle security breaches and coordinate responses.

Training:
Provide training and guidance to staff on information security protocols and best practices.

Compliance:
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Reporting:
Prepare and deliver regular reports on risk analyses and security incidents.

Collaboration:
Work with different departments to support their cybersecurity requirements.

Essential Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a related field.

Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in network management, cybersecurity, or a related field.

Skills:


Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, knowledge of cybersecurity tools and software, and the ability to stay updated on the latest technology, news, cybersecurity trends and threats.
