Job Title: Nursing Aide

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Aide to join our team at 4S. As a Nursing Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist doctors and registered nurses in simple procedures and treatments under supervision.
  • Carry out basic nursing procedures, such as wound dressing, documenting, monitoring, and recording observations of residents and their vital signs, and reporting changes in condition to the registered nurse.
  • Supervise and assist residents in their daily needs, including personal grooming and daily living activities.
  • Accompany residents for outings and medical appointments.

Requirements:

  • NITEC in Community Care & Social Services
  • NITEC in Nursing
  • HMI Institute of Health Sciences' Certificate in Healthcare Support – Patient Care
  • WSQ Certificate in Therapy Services and relevant work experience in nursing care-related services such as Patient Care Assistant, Therapy Assistant, and Porter
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
