Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our APAC Payments team as a Vice President, Business Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity to partner with cross-functional stakeholders and contribute to the strategic growth of our business.


As an APAC Payments Product Business Manager - Vice President, you will be responsible for executing business strategy, performing financial analysis, and supporting key initiatives across the region. You will work closely with the Product organization to drive revenue growth, optimize business performance, and develop strategic narratives and KPIs/KRIs.


Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to execute business strategy and perform financial analysis
  • Preparing strategic decks, business reviews, and presentations to support senior decision-making
  • Developing and implementing regional governance frameworks to ensure alignment with global objectives
  • Conducting data-driven analysis to inform business decisions and optimize performance
  • Building effective relationships with functional partners and stakeholders across the firm

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Management, Strategy, Product, or Business Finance
  • Proven ability to leverage business intelligence tools and data visualization to develop insights
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize requests and multi-task
  • Excellent analytical and numeric skills, with attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and effectiveness under pressure
  • Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills, with a team-oriented approach
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify issues, communicate, and implement solutions
