Job Title: ICT Trainer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ICT Trainer to join our team. As an ICT Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to students and staff on various ICT skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs on digital literacy and online tools/platforms to students (Primary 1 to 6)
  • Assist in ICT-related training for staff and ICT Student Leaders
  • Handle and assist in inventory of AV/IT equipment in various school locations to support events/needs
  • Set up and manage Public Address (PA) equipment for school functions and online meetings/webinars
  • Support photography, videography, photo and video editing as assigned by the school
  • Archive, manage and organise the school's media collection (photos, videos & documents etc.)
  • Support school website design and maintenance
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of teaching and relevant working experience in school environment in the IT field
  • Preferably with experience teaching young children/youths
  • At least a Polytechnic Diploma holder or its equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Apps (Google Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets, Google Sites)
  • Knowledge on multimedia applications like Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator and SWIIT webpage builder
  • Ability to conduct computer training for students and staff
