This role involves overseeing the operational aspects of a hotel’s fitness and wellness facilities. Ensuring guests receive exceptional health and wellness services is paramount.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise daily operations, including equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and safety protocols for the fitness center and spa facilities.
- Develop and implement wellness programs, fitness classes, and personalized training sessions to cater to diverse guest needs.
- Provide expert guidance on proper exercise techniques and correct usage of fitness equipment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest inquiries and providing tailored solutions.
- Enhance guest experiences through personalized WestinWORKOUT route recommendations, organized running events, and collaborations with local wellness partners.
- Promote brand initiatives in the fitness and wellness space, such as Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon and Westin Wellness Weekends.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment for the fitness and wellness areas, ensuring seamless operations.
- Oversee Heavenly Spa by Westin, handling appointment bookings, providing information on treatments and pricing, and processing payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, and coordinate with therapists and associates to ensure smooth scheduling and guest flow.
- Resolve minor issues or escalate as required, and assist with administrative tasks such as record keeping and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards within the fitness and wellness areas.
