Senior Director of Capital Markets

Description:
We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our institutional sales efforts in Singapore. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth from our institutional client base, leveraging a proven track record of successfully pitching equity ideas and cross-selling products to top-tier investors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain deep relationships with key decision-makers at institutional clients.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  • Pitch equity research and investment ideas effectively to generate trade flow and provide value-added service to clients.
  • Cross-sell the firm's broader product suite, including Fixed Income, Derivatives, Prime Services, and other financing solutions.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in institutional sales within the equity markets, with a focus on Southeast Asia.
  • Demonstrable expertise in distributing ECM deals and a deep understanding of equity capital markets.
  • Proven leadership experience with a history of successfully managing, developing, and inspiring a sales team.
