As a skilled floor coverer, you will be responsible for installing and finishing flooring materials. You will also ensure that the finished product meets high standards of quality and appearance.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a skilled floor coverer. In this role, you will work on various projects, including residential and commercial properties, to install and finish flooring materials such as tile, hardwood, and carpet.

Key Responsibilities
1. Install and finish flooring materials to meet high standards of quality and appearance.
2. Ensure that all flooring installations are done efficiently and effectively with minimal disruption to clients.
3. Use power tools, hand tools, and other equipment to complete flooring installations.
4. Work with clients to understand their needs and preferences and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
5. Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:
1. 2+ years of experience in flooring installation and finishing.
2. Strong knowledge of flooring materials and techniques.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
