Comprehensive Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Specialist Job Opportunity

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of TCM principles and techniques to provide exceptional patient care.

As a TCM specialist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and delivering precise treatments tailored to specific patient diagnoses.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive patient evaluations to diagnose conditions according to TCM principles
  • Developing and implementing effective treatment plans using TCM modalities such as acupuncture, tuina massage, cupping, moxibustion, and herbal recommendations
  • Delivering high-quality treatments tailored to specific patient needs
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
  • Providing expert advice on TCM health maintenance and preventive care
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of proven clinical experience as a TCM practitioner
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese for effective patient communication and teamwork
  • Solid theoretical knowledge and practical skills in TCM diagnosis and treatment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to patient well-being
  • Relevant certification/licensure in TCM practice/Acupuncture
