At Ren Ci Hospital, we are seeking a skilled Physician Clinical Team Leader to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and be able to effectively supervise and guide medical officers, nurses, and allied health staff in delivering high-quality patient care.
- Supervise new medical officers including MOPEX MOs posted to Ren Ci Hospital.
- Actively contribute to Quality Improvement Circles under the Hospital Quality Assurance Committee.
- Conduct and facilitate Department Clinical teaching for medical officers.
- Assist the consultant in vetting of clinical documents in the ward to ensure accuracy and standards of practice.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about geriatric medicine and rehabilitation, with a strong clinical knowledge in these areas.
A successful candidate must have a Graduate Diploma in Geriatric Medicine (NUS) or equivalent, as well as a post-graduate degree in internal medicine or family medicine.
