Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Clinic Consultant.

  • This role involves providing exceptional patient care, ensuring seamless administrative support, and promoting the clinic's products and services effectively.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate treatment notes.
  • They will also provide top-notch customer service, build sustainable relationships with patients, and contribute to the clinic's day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care through Electro-Lymphatic Therapy (ELT) and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Work closely with physicians to develop suitable treatment plans and dispense medication as required.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records, supporting the clinic's operational efficiency.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with patients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical practices and protocols.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the retail/healthcare industry.
  • Prior experience in a clinic/massage and spa setting is highly desirable.
  • Relevant qualifications such as CIDESCO/CIBTAC/WSQ/ITEC would be an asset.
  • A passion for Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) or the healthcare industry is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
