Clinic Support Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Clinic Receptionist to provide exceptional patient care and support to our clinic team. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clinic.
- Welcome Patients: Be the friendly and welcoming face of our clinic, greeting patients and providing them with a positive experience.
- Manage Appointments: Handle scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Handle Enquiries: Answer patient questions about our services, appointments, and general clinic information in a professional and courteous manner.
- Patient Admin: Assist patients with registration, keep their records up-to-date, and manage payments accurately and efficiently.
- Keep Things Running: Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming, manage clinic supplies, and help with daily admin tasks like filing or scanning.
- Support the Team: Work closely with our physiotherapists to help coordinate patient flow and communication.
- Experience: Previous relevant experience is preferred, but not essential.
- Positive Attitude: A genuinely warm, friendly, and positive outlook is essential for this role.
- Education: Minimum GCE 'O' Level / 'N' Level, ITE Certificate, or equivalent.
