We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Revenue and Payroll Risk Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential risks to our revenue and payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct risk assessments and scenario analysis to identify potential risks to our revenue and payroll operations.
  • Develop and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of identified risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and automated controls.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented mitigation measures.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in revenue and payroll risk management, preferably in a fintech company or systems-oriented environment.
