Customer Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate service timings and dates between Operations and Sales departments across all teams.
Ensure schedules are accurately updated daily.
Weigh and plan the most efficient routes for technicians to maximize productivity.
Coordinate and support the arrangement for all service visits.
Identify, provide feedback, and rectify any time clashes promptly.
Monitor daily service completion and escalate scheduling issues to supervisors and line managers.
Retrieve client requests and technician remarks, and convey them to the relevant department.
Raise credit and debit note requests when required, with approval.
Facilitate technicians' work by maintaining the housekeeping system's data, including location sequence and special instructions.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to clients when necessary.
Perform other administrative tasks.
