We are seeking a creative and ambitious Junior Art Director to join our team. As a Junior Art Director, you will be responsible for developing innovative and iconic creative concepts that meet both client and business objectives.

This role involves ideating, crafting, and executing original creative concepts in response to client briefs, objectives, or goals. You will work closely with the Executive Creative Director, Account Management, Planning Leads, and members of the Management Team to develop disruptive and iconic work.

The ideal candidate will have about 1-2 years of work experience and a portfolio brimming with brave ideas and outstanding craft. You should be a keen student of life, open and curious, always willing to learn and devoted to your art.

Responsibilities:
  • Ideate, craft, and execute original creative concepts in response to client briefs, objectives, or goals
  • Develop creative ideas that meet both client and business objectives, maintaining the company's expected levels of creative excellence and professionalism
  • Presentation, sharing, and reviewing creative work with Executive Creative Director/s, Account Management, and Planning Leads
  • Managing multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and third-party vendors
  • Collaboration with Account Management, Planning, and the broader creative team to develop innovative and iconic work
