Electrical & Instrumentation Professional

Electrical and instrumentation professionals play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our facilities. Below are some key responsibilities:
  • Manage engineering and maintenance activities within the plant, working closely with senior management to plan and execute projects effectively.
  • Lead a team providing Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance services, ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.
  • Evaluate maintenance planning documents, revise and draft new procedures as needed, and provide training to personnel.
  • Collaborate with senior/superintendent to analyze data from predictive to preventive maintenance activities, recommending countermeasures to maintain ISO compliance.
  • Support shutdown maintenance work, including statutory inspections and equipment calibration.
  • Provide technical support to production, technical, and coordination sections, as well as external vendors.
  • Conduct troubleshooting for complex problems, identifying effective countermeasures and resolving issues systematically.
  • Propose improvement ideas and lead team initiatives for management consideration.
  • Execute assigned engineering works, focusing on electrical & instrumentation aspects.
  • Conduct training for internal stakeholders and in-house contractors on specific technical topics.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in electrical engineering or related fields.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical and petrochemical industries with knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems.
