Job Title: Senior Kitchen Team Member


Job Description:
The Senior Kitchen Team Member is a key role within our culinary team responsible for preparing and cooking meals. This position requires knowledge of Bangladeshi cuisine and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
ϳ Assist in food preparation, cooking, and presentation
ϳ Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment at all times
ϳ Work effectively with colleagues to meet deadlines and achieve kitchen goals
ϳ Communicate clearly and professionally with management and staff

Requirements:
ϳ 7-8 years of experience in a Bangladeshi restaurant or similar setting
ϳ Ability to work on shift basis (9:30am-1:30pm, 8:00pm-12:00am)
ϳ Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays (or alternative days)
ϳ No formal education required but relevant training or certifications are an advantage
