Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Middle Office Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will provide support to the trade lifecycle of our Portfolio Teams across different APAC regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor trade flow and daily trade activities to ensure seamless execution.
- Provide daily reporting on trade regulatory compliance and highlight any late trades.
- Work closely with the Operations head to support day-to-day activities and handle relevant queries.
Requirements
- At least 4-6 years of relevant experience in a Hedge Fund, Investment firm, or financial services company.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, or finance.
- Prior experience in Middle Office/Trade support in an Investment Firm.
- Ability to cover team's shift arrangements to cover different APAC markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with traders, custodians, and operations teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, with experience in macros/VBA and Python highly desirable.
