Job Title:

A dedicated and innovative High School Geography Educator is sought to enhance the learning experience of students in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging geography lessons that cater to diverse learners, employing technology to facilitate inquiry-based teaching.
  • Implement effective assessments and provide timely feedback to support student progress.
  • Maintain a well-managed classroom that fosters academic growth, social development, and emotional well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student learning and well-being.
  • Promote the school's ethos and values while participating in various committees and events.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in Geography or a related field.
  • Be certified as a teacher with a recognised Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Have at least three years of teaching experience.
  • Familiarity with international curricula such as Singapore Cambridge 'O' Level, International General Certificate of Secondary Education (UK), Western Australian Certificate of Education (Australian High School), or International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme.
  • Exhibit an international perspective and adaptability in a diverse work environment.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a passion for educating youths.
