Influencer Marketing Professional

We are seeking a seasoned influencer marketing professional to drive our brand's digital presence and engagement.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic influencer marketing campaigns, cultivate meaningful relationships with influencers, and create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies that align with our overall marketing goals.
  • Identify and nurture relationships with influencers who share our brand values and target audience demographics.
  • Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and engaging content that drives brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships to ensure clear expectations and deliverables.
  • Analyze campaign performance, provide insights, and make recommendations for optimization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and content creation principles.
  • Creative flair for developing innovative influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with influencers and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of legal and ethical considerations in influencer partnerships.
  • Proficiency in using social media analytics tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in influencer marketing or related certifications.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of content creation and storytelling techniques.
  • Curious and creative mindset for developing innovative campaign ideas.
  • Experience in brand building, digital strategy, community management, influencer outreach, content creation, and industry trends.
Benefits:
