Seeking a part-time School Counsellor

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced School Counsellor to join our team on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality counselling services to students experiencing a wide range of emotional issues.
  • Support, guide and advise parents, carers and the school community.
  • Contribute to safeguarding and promoting the welfare and personal care of children and young people.
  • Maintain confidential counselling services as needed.
  • Promote a caring and supportive environment for exploring concerns.
  • Liaise with school staff and other professionals to ensure effective operation of the counselling service.
  • Maintain accurate records and keep them secure.
Requirements

A graduate qualification in counselling, counselling psychology or clinical psychology is required.

We prefer applicants who are registered counsellors with the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC) or registered psychologists with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS).

At least 5 years of professional counselling experience is essential.

Experience working in the International School system in Singapore would be advantageous.
