Job Opportunity: Muay Thai Fitness Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Muay Thai fitness professional to lead our group classes and one-on-one personal training sessions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong foundational knowledge in Muay Thai techniques and conditioning, with the ability to design customized training programs for clients of varying fitness levels.

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring proper technique, safety, and form during training, as well as providing motivation, guidance, and support to clients. They will also track client progress and provide feedback for improvement.

In addition to teaching Muay Thai classes, the ideal candidate will assist with gym events, marketing activities, and member engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Muay Thai group classes and personal training sessions
  • Design customized training programs for clients of all fitness levels
  • Ensure proper technique, safety, and form during training
  • Provide motivation, guidance, and support to clients
  • Track client progress and provide feedback for improvement
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of training areas
  • Assist with gym events, marketing activities, and member engagement

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Muay Thai trainer, fighter, or coach
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in Muay Thai coaching
  • Certification in Muay Thai coaching preferred (e.g., from Thailand's Sports Authority or equivalent)
  • Basic First Aid & CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
