Job Title: Manager (Rewards)

Our team is seeking a skilled and experienced Compensation Specialist to join our Human Capital organization in Singapore. This role will report directly to the Head and SVP of Rewards.

  • The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in compensation and benefits, managing rewards programs and providing advisory support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Key responsibilities include annual compensation review, incentive program design, benefit reviews, and rewards-related governance and policies.
  • Additionally, this role will be responsible for designing and managing total rewards programs across all job levels, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in a multinational corporation.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation practices, laws, and regulations in Singapore.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
