Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop mechanical parts and assemblies using 3D and 2D CAD software, such as Autodesk Inventor.
  • Lead and mentor junior mechanical engineers and designers to ensure high-quality designs and efficient project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and project management, to ensure seamless product development and production.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, bills of materials, and engineering change notifications.
  • Conduct root cause investigations and provide solutions to resolve design and manufacturing issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our design processes and products.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on design and development of mechanical systems.
  • Strong knowledge of 3D and 2D CAD software, including Autodesk Inventor, and experience with design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex design and manufacturing issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
