Job Title:
Clinical Support Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Support Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer service unit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and patients.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience in the beauty, wellness, or aesthetic industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls, messages, and inquiries via all communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information about our treatments and products to patients and potential clients.
  • Assist customers in scheduling appointments and making changes.
  • Collaborate with the operation team to ensure customer queries are addressed.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
Job Specification:
  • Experience in Beauty, Wellness, or Aesthetic industry is a MUST.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience in beauty services industry.
  • Strong messaging and phone handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
