You are a strategic thinker who thrives on optimizing processes and driving product synergy? Do you enjoy collaborating across teams to create seamless customer experiences? If so, we want you on our team.

In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening bundling strategy across fixed broadband, mobile, and digital content products. You will drive initiatives that enhance value-added service adoption, improve internal processes, and elevate customer satisfaction.

Make an impact by:

  • Driving higher cross-product bundling amongst products within fixed BB and digital content BU - higher VAS take-up amongst SingNet, higher TV take-up amongst broadband, higher digital content take-up amongst consumer mobile and corporate mobile.
  • Driving higher cross-product bundling across core products such as consumer mobile with consumer broadband and corporate mobile with corporate SingNet.
  • Ensuring that identified process and system improvements are delivered on time. If not, bring relevant team's attention to the identified improvements and focus on delivering them.
  • Ensure that product teams communicate improved process and system matters to sales, network, and order processing teams.
  • Develop process maps for relevant products if there is no existing one.
  • Ensure pain points identified from NPS reports are worked on.
  • Help coordinate process and customer issues arising from top management escalations.

Skills for success:

  • Minimum degree in marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in marketing/business domain.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in process mapping.
  • Ability to manage multiple internal parties/stakeholders.
