Job Opportunity: Trade Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Trade Specialist to perform various post-trade processing activities, such as reconciliation and documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Deal entry in respective systems for all segments upon traders' request.
- Follow up and update of deals and strategies in trading system, perform profit realization and strategy closure for Physical and Paper trades.
- Perform MOPS price and other price sheet updates as requested.
- Provide tender support for Crude desk and other benches if required.
- Drive projects, improvements, and best practices agenda in Dealhandling.
- Ensure financial compliance, including closing period reporting.
- Contribute to operational readiness for new business from Trade Assistance perspective including testing and system configurations.
- Provide ad hoc support and duties upon requests from traders or line manager.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure contract compliance and mitigate any legal risks.
- Prepare reports and analysis related to contract performance and trade activities.
- Be a backup for other Trade Assistance colleagues.
Required Skills:
- Minimum degree in Business.
- At least 1 year of experience.
