Backend Development Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned backend developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with blockchain-integrated systems and a strong understanding of Golang.

Job Description
  • Develop and maintain high-performance backend frameworks and APIs in Golang.
  • Optimize relational databases (such as PostgreSQL) for speed, integrity, and scalability.
  • Work closely with frontend developers and smart contract specialists to integrate backend systems seamlessly with blockchain infrastructure.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of backend engineering experience, including 2+ years working on blockchain-integrated systems.
  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining high-performance backend frameworks and APIs in Golang.
  • Strong ability to optimize relational databases (such as PostgreSQL) for speed, integrity, and scalability.
Bonus Points
  • Hands-on experience rolling out liquid staking solutions in a live environment.
  • Background in operating validators on EVM-based networks.
  • Advanced familiarity with Ethereum's consensus and execution layers.
Key Responsibilities:

Design APIs that ensure secure and efficient interactions between user interfaces, smart contracts, and external services. Enhance data management processes, ensuring fast, reliable storage and retrieval in a demanding DeFi ecosystem.

Contribute to code reviews, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks or vulnerabilities. Keep pace with emerging trends and techniques in blockchain and DeFi backend development.

The successful candidate will be able to drive technical projects from inception to completion with full accountability. Strong interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
