Responsibilities include:

  • Participating in production network strategies and internet peering initiatives">
  • Experiencing various networking technologies, including content delivery networks, monitoring capacity, and peering traffic">
  • Resolving day-to-day issues related to software and hardware, collaborating with TAC vendors when necessary">
  • Handling queries from ISPs and partners, escalating issues when required">
  • Preparing technical and process documentation, presenting insights and reports as needed">
  • Collaborating with other teams globally for 24/7 support, with some weekend work possible">

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Understanding of network protocols, including OSPF/ISIS and BGP">
  • Knowledge of DWDMs and Layer 1-3 troubleshooting">
  • Experience working in multi-vendor environments, preferably with network certifications">
