Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at AAHA Property Management and Contract Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, particularly in renovation, and be proficient in multiple areas such as Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, and Civil Engineering.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Fluency in English is essential, while additional language skills are a significant advantage due to our diverse client base.

About the Role

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and comes with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate with clients and suppliers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure efficient stock control practices.
  • Develop and implement effective time management strategies to meet project deadlines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, analyzing data to inform business decisions.
