  • Work with Payment & Financial Partnership team to meet with external contracting parties and negotiate contract terms">
  • Work with Senior Legal & Compliance Counsel to consolidate and provide comments from various stakeholders for legal review and amendment of contract terms">
  • Responsible for complying with Global Payment business contract management and execution process">
  • Monitor contracts and move forward with close-out, extension or renewal">
  • Provide guidance and advice to the business units relating to contract generation, negotiation and contract requirements">
  • Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress">
