Job Title: Experienced Nursing Professional

The primary objective of this position is to provide comprehensive patient care within a healthcare unit. To achieve this, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that nursing standards are maintained and quality systems and procedures are conformed to.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide general care to all patients in the unit with a focus on delivering high-quality nursing services.
2. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
3. Ensure accurate documentation of patient records and participation in performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
1. Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
2. Registration with the relevant nursing board.
3. Proven experience in specialty disciplines such as Paediatric, Medical & Surgical, O&G, Post-Natal, NICU, etc.
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
6. Proficiency in PC software applications and electronic health records (EHRs).
7. Bilingualism is highly desirable.
8. Willingness to work shift hours including evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
