This is a dynamic opportunity to work with a leading global asset manager and operator. As an intern, you will play a key role in evaluating investment opportunities across the Asia-Pacific market for our urban living mandate.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business disciplines such as finance, economics, and real estate. They will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative work environment.
We are looking for a motivated individual who can provide support in various aspects of the investment process, including market research, financial modeling, and deal evaluation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Keppel Urban Living team in evaluating investment opportunities across the Asia-Pacific market
- Gain exposure to various urban living spectrum such as student housing, built-to-rent, multi-family, co-living, etc.
- Prepare financial models, internal presentations, and papers for approval
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2nd or 3rd year undergraduate studying towards a degree in business, accountancy, finance, economics, real estate, or other relevant disciplines
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment
