Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Delivery
    • Plan, supervise, and deliver the Chinese language program in accordance with company policies, guidelines, and framework.
    • Prepare and implement age-appropriate teaching materials and programs.
  • Teaching and Student Progress
    • Teach Chinese language and literacy skills to preschool students.
    • Keep accurate records of student progress and communicate with parents.
  • Classroom Management and Resources
    • Responsible for the upkeep of teaching resources and environment.
    • Render basic first aid as and when necessary.
  • Team Collaboration and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to achieve program goals.

Requirements
  • Qualifications
    • Minimum Diploma in Preschool Teaching (DECCE-T or equivalent) in Chinese Language curriculum.
  • Skills and Experience

    • Able to work as a team and independently when needed.
    • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
