Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Intern. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, excellent communication skills, and a passion for learning.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of asset management. As an intern, you will be responsible for supporting the team in various tasks related to data center operations, research, analysis, and financial modeling.

  • Liaise with the team to understand the assets under Keppel DC REIT and provide support in related initiatives.
  • Conduct research and analysis on data center performance and compile metrics for asset-related tasks.
  • Assist in ad-hoc work scopes related to asset management.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An undergraduate degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a relevant field.
  • A keen interest in exploring a career opportunity in asset management.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
