Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Technical Drafter to join our team at STRENGTH PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing submission drawings and documentation to authorities, as well as creating construction and working drawings, including tenders.

Detailed Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed technical drawings and documentation for architectural, mechanical, electrical, and audio-visual projects.
  • Develop and maintain CAD drawings, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Organize and deliver architectural coordinated design, progress of work, variation orders, and certification of work done for assigned projects.
  • Design diagrams, maps, and layouts to illustrate workflow and prepare rough sketches for review with the project team.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD drafting tools is essential.
  • Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and meet deadlines under pressure.
Requirements
  • ITEC/Diploma in Building Drafting/Engineering or equivalent certificate.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) is mandatory.
  • Able to communicate and coordinate with supervisors and other team members.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in A&A works, interior design, renovation, or fit-out works.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to multitask and work independently.
  • Promptly reporting to superiors.
  • Team player with good hands-on multitasking abilities.
Estimated Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
