Spa Therapist Job Opportunity

To provide exceptional spa massage services to clients, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatments that meet the highest standards of professionalism and care.

  • Consistently deliver professional spa massages (body or foot) in accordance with established spa protocols.
  • Maintain a high level of service quality.
  • Ensure cleanliness and neatness of spa facilities, treatment rooms, and other areas are maintained at all times.
  • Prepare necessary treatment products, replenish stocks, supply towels, etc.
  • Efficiently handle customer queries and concerns in a polite and courteous manner.
  • Follow and adhere to instructions provided by Spa Manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Preferred qualifications include ITEC / WSQ certificate or massage certification.
  • Able to commit to working on weekends/public holidays.
  • Work schedule includes 6 days per week.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is required.
  • Pleasant personality and strong work ethic are essential.
