Regulatory Affairs Specialist

This is a project-based opportunity as a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator where you will plan and manage regulatory projects from inception to completion. Your primary responsibilities will include drafting, preparing, and submitting regulatory documents and specifications for product registration in multiple markets.
- Lead the planning and execution of regulatory projects to ensure timely completion and successful milestone achievement.
- Develop and review regulatory documents, specifications sheets, and technical reports to meet submission requirements.
- Oversee operational activities including regulatory assessments, training, PIP registrations, license management, and document control to maintain compliance.
- Compile and analyze data to support regulatory submissions and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Verify marketing and technical materials for adherence to regulatory standards.
- Support due diligence on contracts and materials to protect intellectual property rights.
- Provide administrative assistance with coordination of meetings—create agendas, take minutes, and follow up with relevant parties.
- Monitor project progress and track document reviews through internal systems.
- Minimum degree in a science-related field (e.g., biochemistry, microbiology, food science, pharmaceutical science).
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience; PMP certification is an asset.
- Strong understanding of scientific data for regulatory purposes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
- Experience with contract management is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
