Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing complex systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting. You will work independently and as part of a team to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and repairing AGV systems, including performing preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Troubleshooting software and communication issues with the TCMS (TransCar Management System)
  • Coordinating with clients and OEM engineers to resolve technical escalations
  • Maintaining operational logs and assisting in improvement initiatives
  • Performing ad hoc duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' level with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong background in mechanical repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
