Job Title: Senior M&E Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior M&E Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description:

The Senior M&E Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) works on a project. This includes preparing the M&E works schedule, conducting site inspections, monitoring progress of work, and ensuring that all M&E works comply with the Company's and authorities' requirements.

The Senior M&E Coordinator will also be responsible for reviewing M&E drawings and other materials submissions prepared by the M&E Coordinators to ensure that there are no discrepancies and/or conflicts with the architectural and structural elements.

In addition, the Senior M&E Coordinator will prepare reports for the Consultant Progress and Technical Meetings, and coordinate with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth delivery of work, including resolution of design and construction issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5-8 years relevant experience in the Singapore Construction Industry
  • Recognised Degree/Diploma in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
