Overview:
This position involves interacting with patients in a courteous and professional manner to provide exceptional customer service. As part of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for registering patients, scheduling appointments, and handling patient inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Register patients and ensure they have all necessary information and paperwork
- Coordinate specialist consultations and manage patient schedules
- Handle patient payments and respond to their enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues to ensure seamless patient care
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of office software
- Japanese language skills are an asset but not required
