We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting and Financial Manager to join our team at OUR RECRUITERS LLP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, practices, and financial management.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting and finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements and reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and journals, and reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, and assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Compliance and Auditing: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies, and assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Tax Preparation: Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and assist with tax planning and strategy to minimize tax liabilities.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making, evaluate financial performance, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation, and assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Min. 3-5 years of accounting experience, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Able to handle full set of accounts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members and other departments.
