AI Researcher Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Researcher to join our team in developing innovative large language models projects.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement large language models projects based on Transformer architecture;
  • Build agentic AI systems by integrating API calls, contextual memory, and reasoning capabilities;
  • Collaborate with the product team to deploy AI solutions in real-world business scenarios;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hold a degree in Computer Science or related field from a reputable university;
  • Have strong familiarity with mainstream LLM architectures and at least one AI framework such as PyTorch or TensorFlow;
  • Be proficient in programming languages such as Python or Java, with experience in building AI agent projects;
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and ability to work independently on projects;
  • Demonstrate ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies.
