
Exceptional Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a professional and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences at our vibrant venues.
Your primary duties will include:
- Providing front-of-house services, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and valued.
- Serving as the Venue Officer, offering excellent customer service to all patrons and visitors.
- Assisting managers in upholding venue standards and ensuring smooth, consistent operations.
- Oversight of the upkeep and presentation of public areas, maintaining their inviting and immaculate appearance.
- Coordination of special events and gala performances, adding a touch of magic to every occasion.
- Addressing and resolving any issues or complaints with professionalism and a smile.
- Adherence to safety protocols and emergency evacuation procedures, ensuring everyone's safety and security.
- Conducting public tours, sharing the rich history and unique features of our venues.
- Providing exceptional hospitality services for partners, guests of honor (GOH), and VIPs.
- Maintenance of the Customer Service counter/front-of-house, ensuring posters, brochures, and other materials are up-to-date and well-displayed.
- Supervision of casual staff during performances and events, ensuring they deliver their best.
- Assistance to the Customer Service Manager in training casual staff, fostering a supportive and knowledgeable team.
- Performing general customer service tasks, including reception duties at the Information Counter.
To excel in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Diploma or relevant qualifications with equivalent years of experience.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service or event management.
- Strong skills in providing friendly and professional interactions with the public.
- Excellent abilities to communicate effectively, think on your feet, and solve problems proactively.
- Fluent in spoken English and a second language.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.

Please note that this is a 2-year contract position. Shift duties are required. You must be physically fit, as part of the job involves touring/climbing the clock tower at Victoria Theatre & Victoria Concert Hall.
