Job Description

We are seeking a Food and Beverage Crew Member to join our dynamic team

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to learn and take on new challenges.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and seating customers warmly
  • Taking and serving orders efficiently
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring guests are well taken care of
  • Clearing and resetting tables quickly
  • Preparing basic drinks and desserts

What You'll Do - Service Crew

  • Prepare ingredients (wash, cut, chop)
  • Assist in cooking and plating dishes
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
  • Support chefs with daily food preparation
  • Handle ad-hoc kitchen duties when required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Singaporean / PR status
  • Able to commit at least 3 shifts per week, 5 hours each
  • Training provided – no prior F&B experience required
  • Conversational Mandarin (to serve majority of customers)
  • Energetic, cheerful and willing to learn
