Senior Risk Management Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our risk management function, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize potential losses and maximize returns on investments
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation plans
- Monitor and report on risk exposure and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in risk management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in risk management, preferably in the finance industry
- Strong technical knowledge of financial markets and instruments
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or economics
